This Privacy Policy explains how Christian Giusto ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with 墨守 · Ink Guardian ("Ink Guardian", the "App").

This Privacy Policy applies to the App and related support communications. It does not apply to third-party websites, app stores, device manufacturers, wallet providers, analytics vendors, or other third-party services that may have their own privacy notices.

2. Privacy-by-Design Summary

The App is designed as a single-player action game and does not require a separate in-app account for ordinary gameplay.

We aim to minimize data collection. We do not intentionally collect more information than is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the App.

Depending on the version of the App, device configuration, and support interactions, we may collect the following categories of information:

4. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

Unless clearly disclosed in a future update and required for a specific feature, we do not intend to collect:

• biometric data;
• precise geolocation data;
• personal data from minors without legally required consent;
• online account credentials unrelated to a clearly disclosed app feature.

If a future feature requires regulated or sensitive data, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement feature-specific disclosures and safeguards before collecting that data.

The current version of the App is not intended to require a separate in-app account for ordinary gameplay.
